Into the Woods is a musical that masterfully intertwines the plots of several classic fairy tales, including Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, and Jack and the Beanstalk, with an original story about a childless Baker and his Wife. In the first act, all characters venture into the mysterious woods on separate quests to fulfill their deepest wishes—the Baker and his Wife seeking magical items to reverse a curse placed by a Witch so they can have a child. By the end of Act I, all wishes are granted, and they believe they have achieved "happily ever after." However, Act II delves into the darker consequences of their wishes and actions when a vengeful Giant threatens the kingdom, forcing the now-interconnected characters to confront morality, loss, and the need for communal responsibility, ultimately teaching them that life is a complex journey and "no one is alone."

The Brillion Public School District offers Child Find developmental screening to all Brillion district children aged 2 years 9 months to 5 years old. The purpose of this screening is to check on a child's overall development and determine whether further testing or special services are needed.

Brillion Public Library Visits Extended Care!
We had a wonderful visit from the Brillion Public Library! During their time with us, students explored a variety of pumpkins—making observations, counting seeds, and measuring their sizes. We also enjoyed listening to fall-themed stories and even conducted a fun and engaging worm experiment! We always value our time with the Brillion Public Library and appreciate their continued support in bringing learning to life. #brillionlions

Extended Care students took on a fun “line challenge”! They moved in different ways along the line—some movements were timed, while others focused on slowness and balance. #brillionlions
In STEM class, first graders took flight—just like the middle schoolers they watched earlier! After observing the older students’ glider launches, the first graders designed, built, tested, and modified their very own gliders. They experimented with different designs to see which would soar the farthest, learning all about problem-solving, design, and flight along the way. #brillionstem #brillionlions

Third graders had a blast learning about forces through a game of tug-of-war! By pulling on the rope, they discovered how pushes and pulls create motion, how balanced forces keep things still, and how unbalanced forces cause movement. This hands-on activity helped them see science in action while working together as a team. #brillionlions #brillionstem
