Health services support students by managing health-related barriers to learning. Direct services are provided to students through the combined efforts of the Calumet County Health Department, the Administrative Assistants, designated teachers, and Bellin Health.
The goal of School Health Services is to:
Coordinate health services.
Work closely with families, students, staff, and community resources to develop an appropriate health care plan.
Assist in developing a Section 504 Plan, or an emergency plan of care for identified students.
If your child needs medication administered during school hours, specific forms must be completed. These forms can be obtained from the Administrative Assistant at your child's school.
