We want to thank the Corey & Kristy Stumpf family for supporting education!
Brillion applied for the technology assistance grant supported by the Corey & Kristy Stumpf Tech for Kids Fund within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region. We are pleased to share that 3 of our students at Brillion Public Schools were awarded augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices. These devices help individuals communicate when they have difficulty using their natural speech or writing. The students are excited to learn how to use their devices. #brillionlions

Throwback Thursday from the 1930s! In the 1930s, common slang included "bread" for money, "chariot" for a car, "heat" for the police, and "bumping gums" for having a pointless conversation. #brillionlions #throwbackthursday

Battle of the Books has wrapped up in the middle school. Twelve students competed in a school battle to represent Brillion at the State Battle. These two boys were the BMS winners and competed in the state competition, where they placed 38th out of 162 teams.
Battle of the Books is open to all middle school students. They compete in teams of two to four members and read twenty books as a team over the course of a few months. Congrats, boys! #brillionlions

The magic is happening! ✨ We're so proud of of Shrek JR cast for using their ELA skills to analyze their characters and adding their own creative flair. Understanding their characters inside and out is key to a fantastic performance!
Tickets on sale to the public on March 21!

Our freshman science students put their energy transfer knowledge to the test in a windmill engineering challenge last week. Teams designed blades to pump water, light bulbs, and lift weights. After a whirlwind (!) of creativity and problem solving, one team from each class proved to be the true "Masters of the Breeze", earning the coveted Turbine Triumph Trophy. Great job, future engineers!
