Ms. Berend's Intro to Agriculture Class learned how to evaluate retail meat cuts to choose the highest quality meat cut. The lesson ended with students evaluating 2 classes (groups) of steaks. The highest-scoring group got to choose their steak to cook first! #brillionlions

WIAA State Boys and Girls Wrestling
Tournament begins Thursday, Feb. 22nd at the Kohl Center in Madison.
-Wrestling begins at 3:00 pm

-Brillion at Chilton on Tuesday, February 20th
Game time is 7 pm.
-Winner of this game plays at Wautoma on Friday, February 23rd at 7 pm.
WIAA Boys Basketball Regionals
Brillion will host either Campbellsport or Wrightstown
Game Friday, March 1st at Brillion High School, Game time is 7 pm
Winner of the game on March 1st will play on Saturday, March 2nd. Time/Location TBA.
