The Wisconsin Association of School Boards has designated Oct. 5-11 as Wisconsin School Board Week—a time to raise awareness and understanding of the vital function an elected board of education plays in our communities. Brillion Public School District is joining all public school districts across the state in celebrating Wisconsin School Board Week and honoring local board members for their commitment to Brillion School District and its children. #brillionlions

In 4th-grade STEM, students learned about erosion—how wind, water, and ice move soil, rocks, and sand from one place to another. They also discovered how erosion is different from weathering. Weathering breaks land and rocks down into smaller pieces, while erosion actually carries those pieces away. The kids enjoyed seeing how the two processes work together to change the Earth’s surface. #brillionstem #brillionlions
