The students in Creative Foods competed in a mystery lab competition. They were given a choice of different meats and veggies and then had to incorporate a mystery ingredient. The mystery ingredients were marshmallows, Pop-Tarts, or Nilla wafers. Great job! #brillionlions

A Memorial Day Service will be held on Monday, May 26, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the Endries Performing Arts Center, Brillion High School.
The program includes guest speaker Officer M. Parker, Poppy Princess Ezra Malchek, Father Thomas Pomeroy, the American Legion Honor Guard, and members of the Brillion High School band and choir.
The Honor Guard will perform the 21-gun salute at the Brillion Memorial at the Community Cemetery across from Deer Run following the service and then travel to local cemeteries through the morning. #brillionlions

High school students from Mr. Hoppe's, Mr. Luchterhand's, and Mrs. Calaway's advanced social studies classes toured the state capitol and the Wisconsin Historical Museum this past week as an extension of their studies. They were also able to meet with a member of Rep. Jacques' staff while at the Capitol. #brillionlions
