In STEM class, first graders are learning about biomimicry—how people use ideas from nature to solve problems. They had the chance to watch the middle school students fly the gliders they built, which gave them inspiration for their own upcoming project. Soon, the first graders will design and build their own gliders, using what they’ve learned about nature to guide their creations. #brillionstem #brillionlions

Last week, our varsity football players took time out of their day to visit our 2nd graders for some reading fun and big smiles. After sharing stories and building connections, each student received a ticket voucher to the homecoming football game!

National Coaches Day is celebrated annually on October 6th to honor the dedicated individuals who provide guidance, mentorship, and inspiration to athletes and others in various fields. Established by President Richard Nixon in 1972, the day recognizes coaches' significant role in building character, fostering skills, and positively impacting lives beyond just the game.
