Masonry students in Mr. Capelle's class have spent this trimester exploring a wide range of skilled trades within the masonry field, including layout, concrete work, concrete block, mortar, and brickwork. Tug-of-war turned into a science lesson for our third graders! Through pulling on the rope, they discovered the difference between balanced and unbalanced forces and how pushes and pulls create motion. A perfect mix of teamwork and STEM learning! #brillionlions #brillionstem

Students in the Extended Care program created a colorful mural full of fall-themed items! We learned that a mural is a work of art that many people can help create. Students ages 4 to 12 worked together and had so much fun lying on their stomachs while coloring this creative masterpiece! 🍂🎨 #brillionlions
